Broadview Lofts is a former warehouse that has been converted into condominiums in Toronto, Canada. It is located at 68 Broadview Ave, in Leslieville on Broadview Avenue and Queen Street East. This former industrial area has been gentrified with residential buildings.

The building was built in 1914 as the Toronto warehouse of the Rexall pharmacy. In 2003 the Sorbara Group converted it to loft style condominiums completing the project in 2006. The conversion added two extra levels. The condo has 152 units.
