The Inside Out Film Festival is the annual Toronto LGBT film and video festival. In it's 20th year, the festival takes place between May 20 - May 30, 2010. Multiple screening venues are used, but are all within the downtown area (see location section below).

Buying Tickets

Members of Inside Out may obtain tickets at the member-only box office days Tuesday, May 4, Wednesday, May 5 and Thursday, May 6

Tickets on sale to the general public beginning Friday, May 7, at 9am

There are 3 ways to obtain tickets:

3. In person: 2 Carlton St., West Mezzanine (past elevators, through glass doors on the right)

Rush Tickets

In the event that a film has been sold-out:

Since not all ticket-holders show up for every screening, there are usually a number of rush tickets available at the theatre. The remaining seats are sold to those waiting in the Rush Line, just before the screening. This line forms anywhere from 15 minutes to two hours before show time at the theatre box office.


Ticket Prices

  • Screenings beginning after 6pm - $12 general public or $10 members
  • Screenings beginning before 6pm - $10 general public or $8 members
  • Seniors (65+) and Students $8 (limited number available per screening)
  • Proof of Age required when purchasing/picking up.
  • Youth under 18 - For screenings rated G, PG or 14A link here $6
  • 8-Ticket Voucher - You save the price of one ticket! $84 general public, $70 members (Limited quantity available. Not redeemable for galas)


Gala Tickets

Film and After-Party
$25 general public or $20 members.
Please note: Centrepiece Gala includes a pre-screening reception instead of an after-party.

$20 general public or $15 members
Seniors (65+) and Students
$15 (limited number available)
