Kinton Ramen is a Japanese noodle bar slated to be open officially on May 18 2012. It will be fully licensed, hence "noodle bar". It is a spinoff restaurant of the Guu and Guu SakaBar family of Japanese izakaya restaurants.

The restaurant offers Tonkotsu Shiro as the soup base, a combination of stock made using pork bone, chicken, fish and vegetables simmered for more than 20 hours. However other soup bases are available on their menu. The restaurant will be fully licensed offering a selection of draft beers, sours and mixed drinks.

On the menu are basic standard ramen including Miso, Shio (salt), and Shoyu (Soy). The miso paste used in the base soup is composed of an in-house secret blend that only the head chef knows. Customers have a choice of either a 'regular' or a 'light' version of the soup base. Customers can also select between two varieties of the the kinton pork, pork belly or pork shoulder. Additional noodles is $2 and extra toppings are $1 per item.
