Main Street Unionville in Markham Ontario is a historic commercial street surrounded by a residential area. The street was founded in 1794. It is currently home to art galleries, restaurants and shops and the host to numerous festivals. Parks and houses are in the surrounding area. It is popular with both locals and tourists.

Main Street Unionville runs through the historical suburban community of Unionville, Ontario. Main Street Unionville was the original 6th line of Markham Township.

Main Street Unionville hosts annual jazz and Celtic festivals, as well as live music in the bandstand in the summer.
