Midtown Toronto is an area of Toronto. It spans rough from north of St Clair up to York Mills Ave. The east and west borders are Bayview Avenue to Bathurst. The area is centered on Yonge and Eglinton. Included are the the former towns of North Toronto and Forest Hill.

Yonge and St. Clair is a major commmerical stretch.

Rosedale, Forest Hill, Deer Parkand Summerhill are generally defined as the most upscale cluster of neighbourhoods in the City.

Davisville Village encompasses the area east of Yonge Street to the west side of Bayview Avenue, and south from Eglinton to Merton Street, overlooking the vast park-like setting of Mount Pleasant Cemetery. It is home to many residential high-rise apartments and boutique shops.

Yonge and Eglinton is the centre of midtown aka "Yonge and Eg". The area includes several high-rise office buildings, the busy Eglinton Station, and a large mall-office complex. It is home to numerous restaurants, two multiplex cinemas, and a diverse retail strip. S
