Nguyen Huong is a Vietnamese take-out only sandwich shop located in Toronto's Chinatown. This the first shop opened by Mr. and Mrs. Chau in 1986 selling classic Vietnamese sandwiches ($2 tax in) called Bánh mì. Since then Nguyen Huong has expanded its offerings to include prepared food, Vietnamese deli meats and deserts.

To accommodate its growing business, N&H foods was founded 1999 as a facility to supply and manufacture processed products for sale. Additional stores were opened in Scarborough (2005), Vaughn Mills (2007) and Jane and Wilson (2009). Additional stores are planned for Scarborough in 2011 and another Toronto store in 2012.
