Origin is a french fine dining restaurant located in Toronto.

Opened by Claude Aprile (of Colbourne Lane) fame, the restaurant is in one of Toronto's oldest buildings, but has a modern bar and look. The molecular creations are small sized dishes including miso black cod, shrimp cerviche and smoke cod. Sit by the bar and watch the chef in action.

36 tapas-style dishes with influences from Asia, Europe, and molecular gastronomy are divided into sections: Snacks & Sides, Raw Bar, Mozzarella Bar, Chilled, and Hot

The actual dishes are ever changing with the season.
